Following on from 2010′s much lauded debut full length Eyelid Movies, NYC based duo Phantogram return with the eagerly awaited Nightlife EP – due out via Barsuk Records this forthcoming Monday 20 February. As a pre-cursor, the track ’16 Years’ has been made available as a free download. Current fans of the band will be pleased to know that the duo continue to dabble in a world of dream-like melodies that are forced headfirst into the consiousness by Josh Carter’s powerful rhythm section and the undeniably provocative vocals of Sarah Barthel.
Phantogram play London’s Cargo on 28 February although, tickets have long since sold out.
