Stroll On has, in its short life, already been responsible for an excellent EP from London punk outfit Zulu, and the most offensively titled release of the year from Ariel Pink and R Stevie Moore. Their latest signing is Philadelphia’s Laser Background, a psychy pop artist who forms a neat point of triangulation between Weird Dreams and The Doors.
