Cardiff's Chain Of Flowers announce debut album, share new track "Crisis"
After years of making their name known in venues across the land, Chain Of Flowers have at last announced the release of their debut album.
Lead track "Crisis" takes the band's whirling predatory energy and condenses it into a resounding three and a half minutes. Measured intensity and an inescapable fervour make "Crisis" a track one can all too easily drown in.
"We dropped ourselves into the middle of nowhere and hammered it out with next to no sleep available to us," vocalist Joshua Smith said of the album. "The urgency and delirium of the situation helped us. Though we only had 96 hours in a studio to physically make it what we wanted, this record is the product of our last three years as a band and beyond that as individuals."
Chain Of Flowers release their self-titled debut album via Alter on 16 October.
