Brunelle announce themselves with “Chemistry”
Making a name for yourself in the seemingly saturated world of talented UK producers cannot be simple. But with their debut outing, Brunelle have certainly made a case to be taken very seriously in this ever-expanding world.
Not a huge amount is known of the Bristol duo - Shane Tremlin and Thomas Foley - with just one greyscale press shot standing solitary online for now. But their production skills are plain to see as “Chemistry” morphs hypnotically from its floating, sparse, vocal sample beginnings into something meatier.
Bringing to mind the likes of Sydney world-beater Flume and even with hints of Jai Paul, the pair appear assured beyond their newcomer status. If this opener is anything to go by then we can expect a lot more to come.
Stream this infectious slice of electro below; there’s clearly real “Chemistry” at work with Brunelle.
