Bloom were a band that seemed destined not to happen.

After lead singer Megan underwent vocal surgery, the Brighton-based five-piece took a year-long hiatus before ditching their original name - The Beautiful Word - and returning as Bloom to crowdfund an album.

120 fans backed the project, and first cut “Shout” is now available.
