Bernard + Edith unveil Samaris rework of "Wurds"
Manchester pop twosome Bernard + Edith have lifted the lid on an edit of "Wurds" by Icelandic experimentalists Samaris.
Integrating post-rave beats and breathy vocal samples, Samaris flip the tune inside out, creating something geared towards strobe-addled afterparties and 4am comedowns.
Samaris themselves are set to release a new album next week (25 May, One Little Indian), titled Silkidrangar Sessions. We're streaming the thing in full if you fancy a listen.
Bernard + Edith's debut LP JEM is out now on Bella Union. You can read our review of it here, and you can read our in-depth interview with the band - courtesy of MONEY's Jamie Lee - here.
