“Believer” is a soulful outcry from Tom Forest
Taken from Tom Forest’s upcoming debut record Hope, “Believer” is a reflective offering with an evangelical tone.
Tom Forest’s command of melody and tempo is a testament to his songwriting ability which is both touchingly fragile and heartbreakingly honest. On “Believer” he mixes the ethereal worship style of Hillsong with the delicate tones of Scott Walker creating a track with subtle intricacies and charming nuances.

Speaking on the track, Tom states: ”This song is for our friend who's struggling with addiction, a family member searching for what to do with her life, it's for our daughter learning to walk. Sometimes the value of dreams is not in whether you achieve or fail, but in the belief that it brings out in those around you. It feels like across the world, words of fear give people power, but now there are shafts of light coming through. This song is about joining the fight, staying in the battle, and holding onto hope.”
