Synthpop duo Aquilo have revealed a new track called "Never Seen You Get So Low"
The Lake District-based pair, Tom Higham and Ben Fletcher, plump for night-time electronics and simple textures on the new tune. It's all about shimmering percussion, glorious harmonies, and twinkling synths.
"Never Seen You Get So Low" is self-produced, but Aquilo have been working with SOHN and Ólafur Arnalds while crafting their upcoming debut LP.
We've had a lot of material from Aquilo this year, including "Good Girl" and the Calling Me EP, but this new offering should provide a clearer picture of what to expect on their first full-length.
