All Dogs cast a spell of uncertainty with new track "How Long"
With their debut album Kicking Every Day about to drop, Ohio quartet All Dogs have shared a brand new cut called "How Long".
Combining the rambunctious energy of "That Kind Of Girl" with the melancholic intensity of "Skin", "How Long" is an introspective ode to the desire to feel comfortable in your own skin.
Storming guitars and resounding percussion carry the track with force, whilst Maryn Jones' vocals soar with a quaint frailty. It's beautiful uncertainty at its most spellbinding - yet another string for All Dogs to add to their bow.
It's an "extended question about when I'm going to stop hating myself and be free of the faults I can't seem to shake," Maryn describes to The FADER. "The songs on Kicking Every Day are a way for me to talk about the things I wish I could talk about with everyone I love. Really, though, they are things I want to say to myself."
Kicking Every Day is released on 28 August via Salinas Records.
