Akiine reveal their glittering new track "Paranormal Activity" and announce new EP
Akiine's new track delves into the sparkly depths of the forest where things aren't quite right but seemingly as beautiful as you could ever imagine. "Paranormal Activity" is almost as delicate as a lullaby, but has a warped undertone that is as exciting as ever.
The Swedish-born Londoner takes a compassionate route with her beautiful new track, sweeping through a foggy forest glistening with morning dew. "Paranormal Activity" the track is quite the opposite of the dark films, and instead shines a sparkling light where dark corners become overwhelming.
The twinkling synths scale delicately while the soft beat warps the beautiful vocals into a goddess-like figure that is Akiine. The elegance of the track is striking, and with the barky beats you can't help but imagine a tropical forest filled with fluttering butterflies.
"Paranormal Activity" is taking off the forthcoming EP NEPTUNE, which is out 30 October via Colour Station.
