Some people collect stamps, others vintage coins. The more alternative-leaning, however, choose to fill their CD racks with Mountain Goats records and bootlegs. There’s just that many of them.
This new one, Transcendental Youth (out 1 October), is John Darnielle and co’s fourteen full-length to date and follow-up to previous offering All Eternals Deck, released just last year.
