Montreal via Stockholm husband and wife duo Thus Owls are set to release their debut album via Secret City Records on 7 April.
A reflection of its environment Turning Rocks is “a scrapbook of memories and oral transmissions from an island in Sweden, and a sonic experiment in tone and colour recorded in Montreal.” Sonically it’s a cautious, beautifully measured exploration into classical instrumentation and organic 60s pop. Don’t believe us? You can stream it in full now for the whole week ahead of its release.
