Danish multi-instrumentalist Brian Batz is to release his new album as Sleep Party People, Floating, next week (2 June).
The album, the follow up to 2012’s brilliantly received We Were Drifting On A Sad Song, treads largely the same line as its predecessor, with previously released first single ‘In Another World’ a spiralling trip, adding yet more experimentation and depth to the world that Batz has created as Sleep Party People.
From “drifting” to now “floating”, Sleep Party People have conjured another deeply immersive, inclusive experience.
You can listen to Floating in full beneath before its release on 2 June. Pre-order the album via Blood & Biscuits here.
