Stream Kyla La Grange's new album Cut Your Teeth
Electro-pop starlet Kyla La Grange is set to follow 2012 debut Ashes with a new effort next week, entitled Cut Your Teeth.
The London singer worked with British producer Jakwob on the release (perhaps best-known for his work with Ellie Goulding), as well as Simian Mobile Disco’s Jas Shaw and Daughter’s Igor Haefeli, and the difference made is definitely present.
“I started out completely folk, playing acoustic nights, and the songs on the debut started with me and an acoustic guitar before they became rocky and big,” Kyla says of the preceding LP. “This time the songs began with me finding a beat and using that to set the tone and build a story around it.”
You can listen to Cut Your Teeth in full beneath before its official release on 2 June. Pre-order the album here.
