West London post-punk trio White Lies give us a sneak peek behind the camera on their Tijuana-filmed, Theorem-inspired video for "Take It Out On Me", helmed by award-winning The Chosen Ones director David Pablos.
Pablos explains "[The video] is a reinterpretation of traditional stories of saints, in modern day Tijuana, mixed with elements from the film Theorem by Pier Paolo Pasolini. A little bit of dark humor and that’s the final result!”
"Take It Out On Me" is the first single from White Lies' fourth LP Friends, due out on 7 October via BMG. All photos by Armenia Avaklan.
