While not dissing Harry Styles at the Grammys, preparing for the BRIT Awards tomorrow and getting angry video hate mail from foul-mouthed kids, Taylor Swift has to worry about being sued $2.5 million over a cancelled show.
TMZ (via CMU) are reporting that the lawsuit in question refers to a proposed show last summer at the Capital Hoedown in Ottawa.
Swift was meant to headline the Canadian event, but the gig was pulled by organisers. The singer, however, was given a $2.5 million advance payment to appear at the festival.
The promoters are now trying to get the money back in order to pay $1.8 million in refunds to fans.
