Under the name BAIO, he's just released his second album Man Of The World and now it's time for him to take on the Best Fit Q&A.

What's your present state of mind and being?

"Pretty mellow! Am very happy to be having my album come out this week, it's something that's very important to me and I can't wait to share it with people!"

What's the most overrated virtue?

"Moderation, depending on the thing. I like beer & sour candy quite a bit and occasionally in immoderate amounts."

What one thing have you learnt from your parents?

"The importance of balancing hard work with hard rest."

What the most desirable quality you look for in romantic partner?

"A willingness to watch me eat sour candy & drink beer. My wife passed the test with flying colors!!"

What and where was the greatest meal you ever ate?

"I had the absolute best pizza of my life at Pizzeria La Cocinella in Milan. It was particularly satisfying because I had a rough time the night before; it involved keys being locked in my tour van and three passionate technicians shouting in Italian and smashing one of my windows with a hammer."

What's your most treasured possession?

"I'm not too big on possessions but my wife got me a beautiful backpack from Japan a few years back and I love it deeply."

What was the last dream you had about?

"I have a recurring nightmare where I for some reason forgot to show up to a class for an entire semester of high school and as a result I don't graduate. I am 32 years old...too damn old to have that nightmare on a regular basis!"

What's the biggest lie on your Wikipedia page?

"At the bottom of the page I'm categorized as an American Male Blogger. No disrespect to blogs/blogging/bloggers, but I've never blogged!"

If you could say something to your 15-year-old self, what would it be?

"Enjoy your full head of hair while you have it."

And finally, who would you most like to apologise to and why?

"Anyone I ever forgot to e-mail back! Sorry about that!"
