The Rhode Island four-piece The Low Anthem have announced their second Bella Union/Nonesuch release is due out February 21 2011. Recorded in an abandoned factory on the band’s home turf, Smart Flesh is set to follow the swelling folk harmonies of 2009’s breakthrough album Oh My God, Charlie Darwin.
