Yes, Shhh! is once again standing up against the noise mongers of the world and hitting back with an all day celebration of quiet music. The initial line-up will feature a super rare solo appearance from Stuart Braithwaite of Mogwai fame, plus sets from Still Corners and Bleeding Heart Narrative.

Whilst “quiet music” to some may be synonymous with “boring folk gubbins,” the organisers of Shhh! set out to dispel this notion with, to my mind, a reasonable degree of success.
