SOTD #175 // Ryan Adams: ‘Destroyers’
Due for release in December, III/IV is a double-album of songs recorded around the time of the Easy Tiger sessions, which Adams claims is a “concept rock opera about the 80′s, ninjas, cigarettes, sex, and pizza.” Of course we’re intrigued by that. Who wouldn’t be?

Bloodshot Records Week // Rob Miller on 10 Years Since Heartbreaker
Rob Miller is Chicago’s Bloodshot Records head-honcho. Bloodshot are taking over TLOBF this week on the 10 year anniversary, almost to the day, that Ryan Adams’ seminal album Heartbreaker hit the shelves. Here he talks about the time and tales behind its release…

Ryan Adams empties the vault… kinda

Ryan Adams & The Cardinals – Cardinology

More Ryan Adams news! UK tour in November

Ryan Adams writes book!
Something new from Ryan Adams, not a new album this time, but a new book!
Ryan Adams & The Cardinals – Red Rocks Ampitheatre, CO. 03/08/07
I’m not one to support faceless corporate America in such a way as attending a Starbucks-sponsored concert, but seeing Ryan Adams will beat out my conscience every time. This was my first experience seeing homegrown DeVotchka, and they didn’t disappoint.
