Chillwave virtuoso Ernest Greene, better known by the alias of Washed Out, is set to embark on a European-wide tour this summer. The stretch sees the electronic musician grace the UK on multiple dates during August to coincide with the release of his forthcoming album Within and Without.
As well as the August gigs, the lo-fi artist features at London’s Lovebox Festival on 15 July and will later in the same day treat fans to a special show at Rough Trade East. The latter in-store event starts at 7pm and involves a listening session equipped with a bed installation, with shoppers encouraged to immerse themselves in the album and perhaps even mimic the record’s artwork itself!
Washed Out will also play the Battles-curated ATP in Minehead on December 10th.
