Ahead of his band’s new album release, Spoon‘s Britt Daniel stopped off at BBC Radio 6 Music yesterday for a session with Lauren Laverne.
Daniel offered up acoustic renditions of lead single “Rent I Pay” and fellow album cut “Rainy Taxi”. The band had previously played the two songs live on Kimmel.
Spoon’s new album They Want My Soul is out on 4 August. Listen to this 6Music session below:
