One of the many stand-out tracks from Spectrals forthcoming debut EP Extended Play (due out October 10 via Moshi Moshi) – ‘Peppermint’ once again showcases young Louis Jones’ incredible ear for sixties style production without ever sinking into predictable pastiche slash plagiarism. Just like the accompanying video that’s flecked in the colour tones of its title, ‘Peppermint’ is incredibly hard not to love.
