On a more electronic note, one of our favourite new artists, Seams, has announced details of their debut release and support slow on the upcoming Gold Panda tour. Following on from Seams’ self-recorded, self-released, pay-what-you-want debut album A Juvenile Rush last year, comes his debut physical release ‘Nightcycles’. A 7 minute journey “inspired by the freedom of 3a.m. bike rides on deserted roads, an constructed primarily of samples taken from a nineties Elliot Smith documentary”.
Released through Tough Love Records on April 26th, the white label 12″ will be limited to just 100 pressings, and backed with remixes from Dam Mantle, Shells, Becoming Real and d’Eon.
