Katy B album almost finished, due in the summer
Katy B has revealed that she’s “95 percent” into the making of her second album.
The British singer, who released debut On A Mission in 2011, will spend the next two weeks in the studio before adding some finishing touches to the LP.
She recently told Billboard:
“I’ve basically got some great tracks and I think I’ll just keep writing until the end. A lot of stuff is getting mixed and mastered at the moment, so you just never know when you can just write something special at the last minute.”
Katy B also revealed that she’s working with Diplo on the new effort, after first teaming up with the producer on last year’s free Danger EP.
The new record is due to be released in the summer.
