Kasabian guitarist confirms The Rolling Stones for Glastonbury 2013
Hard luck, Michael Eavis and the tight-lipped Glastonbury publicity team, but it seems like Kasabian’s Serge Pizzorno has ruined your immaculately structured press plans.
Following on from rumours earlier this week that Prince is set to headline one day of this year’s Glasto leg, the Kasabian guitarist has now blurted out that Jagger and co are set to play the event.
While also confirming themselves for the billing, Pizzorno told MTV News recently: “I hope ours is the most talked about performance of the weekend, but that would be a miracle because The Rolling Stones are playing Glastonbury.”
So far, only Nas, AlunaGeorge and Disclosure have been confirmed for the Worthy Farm event.
