No-booking-fees ticketing app DICE has decided to begin a monthly podcast, and you can hear the first one now.
The half-hour (ish) segments will look at one story that's galvanised the DICE team - be that a label, an artist or a general issue surrounding the industry.
Presenting the DICE podcast is the company's music editor and former BBC Radio 1 presenter, Jen Long. Explaining the decision to start up a monthly podcast, Long said:
“I love presenting and I’m really excited to be back behind the mic. When I used to work at Radio 1 Wales, one of my favourite parts of the job was making documentaries; pitching ideas, going out and recording too much audio, then having to piece it all together to try and drag every listener in as deep as I’d landed. Now I get to do that every month for DICE. It’s a total dream. And in the Red Bull Studios London which are pretty sexy.”
