Long-exiled R&B legend, D’Angelo has announced details of a surprise show with The Roots‘ Questlove for Monday (4 March).
The gig, billed as “The Soulquarians: Brothers in Arms (?uestlove & D’Angelo Doing a Two Man Show)”, will take place at New York’s Brooklyn Bowl.
It’s suspected that D’Angelo will play tracks from his much-delayed third album, which Questlove himself produced and who previously said it “should be finished by February”.
