“Another Dream” by Korallreven, free mixtape

Following up A Dream by Korallreven, a free mixtape released to coincide with their recent ‘Honey Mine’ single comes Another Dream – featuring much of the same; rare cuts from the band themselves (including a stripped down edit of ‘Honey Mine’ re-titled to ‘Shine On’) plus music that influences them on a day to day basis (from Cocteau Twins to Gucci Mane, SALEM to Memoryhouse) – effortlessly mixed together for a flawless 30 minutes of serenity.

The last few copies of ‘Honey Mine’ are still available via the Acéphale store. The super deluxe 7″ comes b/w a remix from D. Lissvik. Expect new material from the elusive duo in the first half of 2011 including a new single and the long awaited debut album.

Meanwhile, Daniel Tjäder’s other band – The Radio Dept. – release their stunning retrospective Passive Aggressive (a 2 CD collection of all their singles and rare b-sides to date) on 7 February.
