The Line Of Best Fit Podcast [October 2010]

By ,

Nothing can stop the mighty TLOBF Podcast from rolling onwards! We might have had some server issues recently, but that hasn’t dampened what is, in our humble opinion, our best selection of tunes to date. There’s some European goodness courtesy of Our Broken Garden, Museum Of Bellas Artes and Korallreven; we look further afield with the scuzzy rock of The Walkmen; the neo-classical wonderment of Brian McBride and the prog-rock of Wolf People. Slipping back into our comfy slippers at home, we’ve picked the cream of British talent with the return of The Phantom Band, Engineers and Chad Valley. And that’s just for starters. Less words, more music, listen below or click here to subscribe via iTunes.

I still can’t get over the fact that Chad Valley is one of the guys for Jonquil…

I’ve been wondering, is there any way to insert chapter markers into the podcast, so that it’s easy to skip between tracks, and to know what you’re listening to at any time? At the moment it’s fairly impossible to work out without reference to the tracklisting here, and remembering exactly how many tracks in you are all the time.

I mean, I love the pod, it just means that when I hear something I love it’s pretty hard to work out what it is and how I go about getting more of them.
