Spellbinding songwriter Lyla Foy premieres "Blue Door", a bonus track taken from her new EP UMi.
Lilting, carefree and courageously intimate, "Blue Door" is a welcoming peek into the London soloist's new record.
Speaking about the track, Foy says: "This recording came about when we went to record some demos with our friend Iggy B. On listening back to Blue Door we felt like it was special just the way it was. It's not perfect but somehow it felt real and we meant it in that moment. My live style is a little scruffy and raw so I wanted this live version to finish off UMi to bring it back home.”
UMi is out now, and follows Foy's debut album Mirrors In The Sky.
