Torches have unveiled the b-side to their debut single on Fractions Of One, this staggeringly composed arrangement called ‘Silent Film’. Rapturous vocals and jilting guitars, it’s more triumphant than Muse, Elbow or any of the other middling ‘Oh what a beautiful day to be alive’ tosh you’re likely to hear on the BBC come the Olympics in a few weeks.
