Nina Nesbitt

With her Way In The World EP due out tomorrow, we grab Edinburgh’s Nina Nesbitt to find out about her nightmares, song envy and who she’d like to apologies to.

Who would play you in the movie of your life?
Bridget Jones, pretty self explanatory.

What would your superpower be and why?
Invisible so I could snoop or flying to avoid traffic.

What’s your idea of heaven?
Never ending plates or carbonara and writing music and kittens roaming about.

What one thing have you learnt from your parents?
A bit of the Swedish language.

What song do you wish you’d written?
Too many I like, but the whole of Adele’s 21 album was special.

If you could say something to your 15 year old self, what would it be?
Stop dressing weird and don’t bother with fake friends.

What’s your re-occurring nightmare?
They’re varied really… And weird.

What song will they play at your funeral?
That’s a bit depressing!? Maybe ‘The Funeral’ by Band Of Horses, either that or ‘Don’t Worry Be Happy’ by Bobby McFerrin

What five people would you invite to your fantasy dinner party?
Dead and Alive – The Rolling Stones and Kurt Cobain, I think it’d make for an interesting evening.

Who would you most like to apologise to and why?
My neighbours probably, for making loud music.

Way In The World is released through Island Records on 22 July.
