Brasstronaut – Mount Chimaera

Deservedly longlisted for this year’s Polaris Prize for Canadian music, the debut album by Vancouverites Brasstronaut is worth the listens it takes to unfurl. Restrained and subtle but nevertheless a powerful album which packs a punch.
