Probably one of the most prolific bands around at the moment, Pontiak, have announced another new album, to be released through Thrill Jockey in September.
To be called Living, it’ll be released on the 6th September and will be a follow-up to their vinyl only release, Sea Voids, released earlier this year as a tour package.
Having played the album already, I can safely say it’s one of my favourite Pontiak releases. It’s dirty. It heaves. It’s got big riffs. What else could you wish for? The album will be available on both CD and LP with the LP edition being limited to 1,000 copies on translucent gold vinyl.
The band will be touring Europe in September.
