I know what you mean about some "blog"/bedroom bands not being able to cut it live - maybe when there is such a HUGE amount of music available on the internet that all seems to be of a great quality, live is where the wheat gets separated from the chaff. Take Summer Camp - their second show was better than many bands' 40th shows for instance. Good god, that jj performance is awful! It's just incredible. With regard to JJ - do you think The Tough Alliance set a precedent for this kinda thing. Still wanna see them live though.
