The Northwestern have announced details of the release of a new EP, The Ghostrock EP, through their newly formed record label Bloodbank Records on Monday 16th November 2009.
The 4-track EP includes the tracks ‘What Did I Do’, ‘Ghosts on VHS’, ‘House Of Bees’ and ‘Redthreads’ which were recorded with long time production collaborator James Loughrey at Bryn Derwen studios in Bethesda, Wales during the summer of 2009.
The band, who completed a short UK tour in the summer recently supported the Editors at their homecoming show and as a result were the first band ever to play the newly refurbished 02 Academy in Birmingham. The Northwestern are also set to announce a number of tour dates and high profile support slots around the EP release.
