We rarely call on you, our dear readers, for help. But this morning all hands are needed on deck as TLOBF staffer Leah Pritchard is pleeing for your votes.

As well as being handy with a pen and a camera, Leah is also a bit of a master when it comes to composition. She has been hand picked by NPR’s Carrie Brownstein (from Sleater-Kinney!!!!) as a finalist in the NPR competition to devise a new jingle for the ‘Monitor Mix’ show. Leah is in joint first place at the moment, and we’re asking you to push her over the edge so she can be crowned…erm Miss Monitor Mix 2009. Or something.
