The La Route Du Rock festival takes place 14-16 August in St. Malo, France, a ferry hop from the south coast of England, and boasts performances from My Bloody Valentine, Tortoise, The Horrors, Grizzly Bear, Deerhunter, The Kills, Peaches, Telepathe, Gang Gang Dance, Bill Callahan, Camera Obscura and many more (check here for full lineup).
As a warmup to the festival Brainlove Records and Rock Tympans have organised a Festival party. Taking place at London’s Luminaire on 24th July, the evening will feature a live performance from (gonna-be-really-fucking-huge-one-day-you-mark-my-words) Internet Forever plus DJ Sets from The Horrors, Caribou, SJ Esau and John Brainlove. Tickets are priced at £8 each and can be bought here. If you’re feeling particualry lucky though, you can enter our competition to win one of two pairs of tickets below!
