
Not only is Alessi Laurent-Marke a highly able singer songwriter and sometime TLOBF columnist (surely that’s enough for anyone, no?), she’s also pretty handy with a pen too. So much so, that she’s been asked to put on an exhibition of her wonderful line drawings at Hammersmith’s Riverside Studios.
The series of prints and drawings featured in the exhibition were born from the tour van last winter. They were all drawn with songs in mind, some of them even act as an accompaniment to the songs from her acclaimed debut Notes From The Tree House (reviewed here).
The exhibition will take place from 3rd August – 6th September at Riverside Studios, London W6 9RL. Further details can be found on the Riverside Studios website.
