
4AD’s newest signings The Big Pink have confirmed details of their next single, the follow-up to ‘Velvet’.
Entitled ‘Stop The World’, it comes backed with exclusive track ‘Crushed Water’ and is set to be released on 29th June on 7″ vinyl as well as digital download.
The band are currently ensconced in New York’s legendary Electric Ladyland Studios recording their debut album (set for release later this year). It will be a self-produced number with Rich Costey (Interpol, Glasvegas, The Mars Volta, Muse) lending mixing skills.
The summer will see Robbie and Milo appear at a number of summer festivals including Glastonbury and Bestival. The Big Pink have also revealed they will play their biggest UK headline show so far at London’s Electric Ballroom on Thursday 22nd October. Tickets are available to buy here.
