It's interesting that there's a feeling going round that Festival Republic have massively dropped the ball - Grace Jones as headliner, a £20 weekend ticket price hike, a failure to name anyone but the headliners on their official site despite the BBC naming the others listed in this piece earlier the same day, no word on whether the tents are going to be bigger... It just looks like they've gone straight for the middle-aged, Guardian reading crowd without any sense of adventure. GJ while perhaps an iconic figure seems a little surprising... But then the headlinersfor latitude are often a little meh. Im not sure who else theycould have had....
