“I guess there are a few good records that have come out this year. One that is really fantastic is by friends of ours, the Constantines. It’s called ‘Hard Feelings’, from their newest record Kensington Heights. These guys are one of my favorite bands out there.”

Wintersleep are a five-piece from Nova Scotia. In Canada this year, they were awarded the Juno Award for Best New Group and the Much Music Award for Best Independent Video for ‘Weighty Ghost’ (watch here). They are playing at the Borderline in London on December 16. Their album Welcome to the Night Sky is out on February 2 via 147 Records .
