Tom Waits has confirmed his tour for this year. At a spoof press conference arranged by his label, Waits claimed the tour trail was plotted in relation to the constellation Hydra and compared himself to the “magi that found the Christ child.”
He confirmed the locations of the shows on his home continent before revealing: “We are actually going to Europe - it’s the constellation Eridanus, it’s known for its wildly veering path and it’ll be controlling and dictating our route from Spain to Dublin. I’ll be giving more details as they emerge.”

You gotta love the guy. For me he is a genius and I fell for his works of lyrical art 30 years ago and to this day it still affects me like a bolt of lighting.
