The folk stylings of London’s Noah & The Whale seem to be finding themselves hyped from all corners of the blogosphere… and who are we to go against that? Impressing us with their timeless debut single “5 Years Time”, we thought we’d catch up with them to ask our 20 Questions. And apparently it was the highlight of their short lives to date…

Folk, Punk, Pulk/Fonk.
2. What would be your ideal holiday?
Submarine related.
3. Whats the best cure for a hangover?
Not drinking.
4. What’s on your rider?
Things that haven’t been invented. Playstation 3, hoverboard etc.
5. How do you get ready for a live show?
Goat placenta treatment.
6. Favourite song to play live?
Peaceful the world lays me down.
7. When was the last time you told a lie?
Never. (Just then).
8. Who would win in a fight, a stoat or a goat and why?
Stoat, agility.
9. What was the last album you bought?
The Microphones ‘The Glow’
10. If you could rid the world of one song - what would it be?
‘Just like a woman’ by Bob Dylan so that i could write it.
11. Who would play you in a film based upon your life?
Bill Murray/John Goodman.
12. Dead or alive. What 5 acts would you have play with you at a festival.
Laura Marling, Tom Waits, Bonnie ‘Prince’ Billy, Bob Dylan (circa late 65), Kanye West.

Yes and they make me cry either way.

Jesus time so I could settle the debate.

Oxygen, Sodium and Blood
