Next week sees NYC’s The Silent League embark on a UK tour in support of their rather fabulous sophomore album Of Stars & Other Somebodies [review]. Led by Justin Russo (ex-Mercury Rev), the Brooklyn-ites will bring their slice of orchestral indie pop to 15 dates around the country, crowned by an appearence at record label Something In Constructions club night at The Borderline in London on the 12th July (this Thursday). Other acts appearing at the knees up are TLOBF favourites Emmy The Great and Loney, Dear. We’ll be there to take part in the festivities so make sure you come say hi.
